Portfolio Guidelines

Over the two years of study, students will be expected to engage with a wide range of activities to support the creative and critical response processes, much of which will be captured within a Leaving Certificate Drama, Film and Theatre Studies Portfolio, developed by each student. 

These Portfolio Guidelines are to be used in conjunction with the specification for Leaving Certificate Drama, Film and Theatre Studies (DFTS)

Drama, Film and Theatre Studies Portfolio Guidelines

The Guidelines contain links to a range of items from Drama, Film and Theatre Studies student portfolios. Each piece of portfolio work (drama or short film/ scene) is accompanied by evidence of their engagement with the various steps during the creative process. This includes a variety of texts and evidence of their work (stimuli, visual imagery, inspirations, influential pieces, mood boards etc).
